To create a lush contemporary landscape based on formal geometric constructs,
transitioning into a naturalistic woodland setting at the edges of the site to blend
in with the existing surroundings. The landscape design and layout for Regent
Heights was derived conceptually as a circle of water as the source of life in the
heart of the site at the highest level transforming outwards taking into consideration
the considerable undulating level changes of the existing terrain in the creation of
4 different pools and waterbodies to engage the environment of the site at different
levels. Overlaid onto this water geometry, are the circulation geometry of radiating
lines leading to and from the three tower blocks.
