The landscape design is conceived as a lush tropical outdoor environment, achieved through the creative use of planting, water, and hardscape elements. Contained within the landscape are various passive and active recreation areas for adults and children of all ages.
The focal point of the landscape is the central semi-circular swimming pool that wraps around a glass walled circular clubhouse that appears to be floating above the water. Reinforcing the strong circular geometric form of the pool is a garden trellis and pool deck. The strong geometric form of the central pool area dissolves into a more fluid free form lagoon pool and jacuzzi pool at the outside edges.
Radiating out from the central pool area are lines of water and pathways that link the central garden area with the various gardens located along the edges of the site.
