Rafflesia Condominum« Back to Projects Listing | Print
The landscape design for Rafflesia is conceived as a series of outdoor rooms interconnected by water gardens and water features. The landscape experience starts at the entrance drop-off, which is punctuated by a raised reflecting pool with an overflowing edge of water.

The focal point of the landscape is the main swimming pool, jacuzzi pool, and children’s pool area, which terminates the central axis from the entrance water feature. The main feature of the swimming pool area is a series of aqueduct waterfeatures along the outside edge of the pool. Eight aqueducts supported on a colonnade along the edge of the pool, spill out water into the main swimming pool. The aqueducts and colonnade, which are painted in vibrant colors, not only animate the water, but also serves as a strong visual backdrop for the development

The water theme is further reinforced by the lagoon pool, which is the focal point of the barbeque garden and a wet play area, which is located next to the children’s play area.
