Residential
The Seaview« Back to Projects Listing | Print
The landscape for Seaview take its cue from its close proximity to East Coast Park that stretches far and wide on it southern side. The relationship of sea-beach-park is drawn from the public seafront recreational zone till the front steps of the Seaview residents by means of landscape manipulation. This is carried out through the landscape’s use of form and texture that imitates and evokes the sense of waterfront living.

In between the 6 tower blocks, at the central common area is a vast undulating water body with gentle curve pool steps and deck that sensuously hugs its edge. This water body is made up of a large selection of pools like lap pool, 2 leisure pools, kids’ pool, adventure pool and a jacuzzi at one of its curve alcove. As residents enjoy a swim in one of these pools, the eye will be drawn to the palms that randomly dots the water edge, its fronds swaying refreshingly in the breeze.

By night, the character and ambience of this beach setting is enhanced by indirect landscape lighting that dance and shimmers across the water surface, an impact that is as graceful by day and hopefully thought provoking for all, of the word beach.
