The landscape design for Grange Garden Condominiums is composed of a series of garden spaces defined by garden walls. The character of each of the garden walls responds and reinforces the function of the garden spaces. Each of the garden spaces is designed for a specific activity or function. The overall organization of the landscape and the composition of the garden walls are based on a central diagonal axis.
The diagonal axis, derived from the orientation of the two building footprints, extends from one corner of the site to the opposite corner of the site across three levels of landscape. Rows of trees/palms are planted in a formal manner define the diagonal axis. The three rows of palms diminish to a single row of trees that extends into a grove of trees at the Jacuzzi garden.
